Welcome! This course brings together two complementary models—Back on Track and Career Next—designed to support young people as they navigate their postsecondary and career pathways. Back on Track focuses on preparing and guiding youth through key transition points with structured coaching, clear milestones, and personalized planning. Career Next builds on this foundation by helping young people explore, prepare for, and persist in meaningful careers aligned with their interests, values, and goals. Together, these models offer a practical, relationship-based approach to supporting youth in reaching their full potential—whether in education, career, or life.

Intro to Teaching Pyramid Infant Toddler Observation Scale (TPITOS)

This course offers the opportunity to learn more about the Teaching Pyramid Infant Toddler Observation Scale (TPITOS). This course is not the observer reliability training. This is designed as a primer for the concepts learned in the two-day observer training and/or to provide child care providers and coaches insight into the tool without the need to become fully reliable as an observer.
